Come enjoy an all levels Silent Disco yoga class on the beautiful shores of North Lake Tahoe. Common’s Beach is located in the heart of Tahoe City, CA with ample parking throughout the area, as well as bathrooms right at the beach.
The area we practice in is grass, so you don’t have to worry about ruining your yoga mat with sand. The beach is right in front of us, and a post class cleanse in Lake Tahoe is highly recommended (and completely optional ) after yoga! All levels means anyone can come and enjoy the yoga class.
How It Works
Silent Disco Yoga utilizes wireless headsets to transmit the teacher’s voice and music straight into your headset. It’s a really fun, and powerful experience.
Every class is unique and different, taught by Lake Tahoe, Truckee, and Reno, NV yoga teachers. Some classes will have live music, live DJ's, or playlists that are fed to the participant via a wireless headset.
You will arrive 30 minutes early (8:30 am) to allow for parking, checking out your headset, and setting up your yoga mat. This will give you plenty of time to enjoy your stunning surroundings and socialize with others.
Class begins promptly at 9 am and will conclude at 10:15am.
You will return your headset and if you would like take a plunge in Lake Tahoe’s cleansing waters.
Give yourself 2 hours for the entire experience, 8:30-10:30am. We recommend you register in advance to secure your space. You can register in a variety of ways follow the links below:
